RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Mode by Taylor is a made to order brand, which means every item you order is only made when you order to fulfill your particular order. We are also committed to ensuring quality in our pieces with extensive stages of quality control checks. Each item is hand crafted with precision and we take great pride in ensuring no orders are fulfilled with any faults what so ever.
‍We therefore do not offer refunds on made to order items. We do offer alterations/refit or a return for store credit if an item doesn’t fit right.

We have a limited range of ready made pieces that ship out within 3 working days from order. We may offer refunds on ready made items.
In case of returns, the customer is responsible for shipping.

In order to ensure a perfect fit for your item, please use the size chart on our FAQs/Get in touch page or send in your own measurements for made to order

Cancellation of orders must be notified within 24hrs of placing your order in order to receive a full refund. Please email us at modebytaylor@gmail.com to discuss your order or cancel it

MODIFICATIONS

Due to our made to order model, we have the flexibility of offering our clients the option to make minor changes to the items they order. Changes such as a different colour way, a longer or shorter length or small added details will be considered by our team and can be made to suit our clients taste. Contact us at modebytaylor@gmail.com to discuss any possible modifications before you place your order.

PAYMENT

The Mode by Taylor online store accepts payment by VISA / MasterCard / American Express / Euro Card. The full payment is charged before the package is dispatched. Credit card payment is made with Paypal. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

SHIPPING CHARGES
At the moment, our shipping charges are as below.

UK- £3 for standard shipping

Europe- £5 for standard shipping

US- £8 for standard shipping

Rest of the World- £10 for standard shipping.

CURRENCIES
Mode by Taylor cannot be held responsible for any currency exchange rates you may have while making a transaction on our website.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Mode by Taylor can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to Mode by Taylor, you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.

For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.

UK DELIVERY

All our UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail. All UK orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days upon completion of order production and dispatch. Delivery may include tracking details and may require a signature upon arrival.

EUROPE DELIVERY

All our Europe orders are delivered by the Royal Mail. All European orders will be delivered approximately 3-7 working days after the dispatch date. Delivery includes tracking details and may require a signature upon arrival.

US/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY

All US/Canada/Rest of The World orders are delivered by Royal Mail which may partner with local services in each country. All US/Canada/Rest of The World orders will be delivered approximately 3-7 working days upon completion of order production. Delivery includes tracking details and may require a signature upon arrival.

*US/CANADA/REST OF THE WORLD/INTERNATIONAL deliveries may be forwarded onto 3rd party handlers. Details and tracking for this are always provided in the confirmation of dispatch email. Please contact 3rd party handler to re-arrange delivery if you have missed it.
